The silk nipple covers are lighter, smaller (6cm) and not reusable. That makes them less visible under clothing made from more sensitive fabric, whereas the shape of the larger silicone nipple covers might be noticed. We recommend using the silicone nipple covers for less formal wear or in the case of larger areolae around the nipple.
